Here are the rest of the moon shots from a week or so ago. I am so behind on both these blogs. Being a single parent in someone else's house is not easy. I miss the hubs so much and I have such a respect for single parents!
I'm hoping to get caught up before the weekend!

The Moon
So if you know me, you know I've been dying to get some good shots of the moon. Well the day I finally remember it's a full moon, there's suppose to be a lunar eclipse too. Just not in North America. Of all the luck! But I did get some good shots of the full moon anyways. I have just one for now but they'll be more!

Farm Life- Delaware
Life on a Delaware Farm
My kids and I are a little summer vacation. Since there is a rotator flight out of our base to Baltimore International Airport, we got on the first available flight out. My parents live in Pennsylvania and my sister lives in Delaware so it is easy for them to pick us up at the airport. We spent our first night in Felton, DE and since we were extremely jet lagged, we were up before sunrise and took the opportunity for a sunrise photo shoot. They live on a farm and there is a field of barley and other beautiful plants and flowers. With my girls all dressed, we headed out for some photos.
And where's Ruby? Trying to pick all the pretty flowers! She was being a knucklebutt and avoiding the camera completely!

Our Old English Life
These are some more photos of when we lived in England. The first was shot out my bedroom window.
These next three are of the city Norwich. It is a beautiful city. The last one of the three is of Norwich Castle.
These next ones are of the white cliffs of Dover and Dover Castle.
Dover is on the coast of the English Channel. On a clear day you can even see the coast of France.

Wildlife
I know these are small animals, but I am using the term wildlife as just general category to organize my photos. These are insects, birds, and snails. I am hoping to expand my collection to larger animals, but you got to start small!
Oh and funny story about the bird. This bird is one of three that made a nest in out carport last year. They drove us nuts! Loudly chirping, pooping all over the carport and our car, and swooping all around us. Once their eggs hatched and the babies could fly we removed the nest. Well spring came around this year and lo and behold, they're back. This one was swooping through the carport and would land on the branch before swooping through again. This went on and on for a while so I was able to get a few of it perched on the branch.
There is a teeny, tiny family of bugs making this rose their home! I didn't notice the baby bugs until I got home and went to process the photo. It was such a pleasant surprise :)
